Why Andrea’s our hero…
Andrea has worked throughout lockdown and has sometimes done so on her own when staff have been furloughed.
She’s helped to make sure that all staff and drivers are safe and are following the rules and compliance.
Andrea has worked very long hours but is always willing to go that extra mile. She’s helped in all parts of the business from picking up trucks, to health & safety, training and pods.
Andrea has also been involved in community projects at Christmas and Easter such as helping to deliver treats to the children in the community whilst driving a truck. She also helped organise an Easter hunt for local school kids.
Andrea’s husband also drives a truck and has worked throughout the pandemic, too. Her husband was involved in an accident involving his truck and over the past two months, Andrea has been helping him get back behind the wheel, one step at a time from driving his car, to being a passenger and now back fully driving his truck.
Andrea’s two daughters are so proud of their mum and dad who are always lending a hand and making sure everyone has what they need – they are both true RHA Heroes!
