Why Bethany’s our hero…
Beth joined MSD in 2018 under an apprenticeship scheme. She very quickly became a highly valued, reliable and respected member of our team, going out of her way to ensure she was constantly learning, adapting and implementing, as well as building a rapport with her fellow colleagues and our customers.
At the age of just 24, Beth is already the ‘go-to’ person in our transport office and has gained unbelievable amounts of knowledge in the time that she has been here.
Beth is well known for her incredibly bubbly, uplifting personality which makes her the life and soul of our transport office, which in recent times, when morale may have been low as a result of lockdown, has been the breath of fresh air we all needed!
Beth realises the significance of her role within the industry, recognising the impact her day-to-day role has on the UK supply chain. She carries out every task that is required of her flawlessly and is extremely dedicated to her job, often working 10-hour days and refusing to go home until her work is complete.
You are an asset to our team, Beth.
