Craig has captained his ship excellently throughout the last year, dealing with three lockdowns and a doubling in demand.
From PPE to helping local businesses to pivot to online, he’s been a superstar in keeping Britain safe and moving. Craig has managed a downsized operations team, dealt with the admin team working remotely and with demand for online fulfilment growing rapidly. He’s even been jumping into a van to help deliver. A very worthy nominee as an RHA Hero!
