Why Dan’s our hero…
Dan is a fantastic boss who continuously leads from the front, he has worked throughout the COVID-19 pandemic despite having five children including a new born at home.
Dan has adapted and implemented new processes which have not only allowed the NEPS team to continue to work safely, but has also managed to expand and encourage new growth within the business.
Dan has worked 24/7 investing in additional resources to react to the demands of a rapidly changing environment, ensuring medical supplies and food packaging continue to be delivered in addition to the normal day to day business he strives to complete.
Dan facilitated a lot of free-of-charge deliveries to NHS hospitals around the UK, working in conjunction with companies who had donated essential items. He went above and beyond to ensure all parts of the NHS received the help they deserved, at great cost to the business, because he thought it was such a deserving cause. In my opinion there are not many organisations who would have agreed to offer this charitable service.
We’re proud and grateful to be part of Team NEPS and believe Dan deserves to receive some recognition for his hard work. I am sure there are many people who will agree that Dan is a great asset to the transport and logistics industry.
