Why Paul’s our hero…
Doctors, nurses and frontline staff in the NHS have been praised over the last 14 months and deservingly so, for the tireless and dedicated service they have provided during this pandemic; respect and gratitude to all of them for this.
Paul is however not frontline but has been relentless in his effort to ensure that supplies move where and when they are required. Whilst managing his normal fleet of vehicles, Paul had to source additional resource to react to the demands of rapidly changing requirements from the NHS and its stakeholders, most of this demand was over and above the demand already placed on him and his staff.
Paul is passionate about what he does and will not rest until all plans and projects have been delivered. He is a very good friend and my RHA hero for his passion in transport, getting things right and for the work he does to help us all through the NHS.
